Fix Frequent Crashes on macOS

1. Check for macOS Updates

Ensure you are using the latest version of macOS, as crashes may be due to bugs fixed in newer versions:

Step 1: Go to System Preferences and click Software Update.

2. Check Application Updates

Frequent crashes may be linked to outdated apps. Update them to the latest version:

3. Reset NVRAM/PRAM
