1. Restart Your Mac and Printer

Restarting both your Mac and printer can solve many problems:

Step 1: Turn off your printer and your Mac, then turn them both back on.

2. Re-add the Printer

If the printer isn’t appearing, try re-adding it:

Step 1: Go to System Preferences and select Printers & Scanners.
